SHIPPING POLICY

  • We only ship using FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, and FedEx Two Day Delivery year round.  We may offer FedEx Ground Service during certain winter months.
  • No deliveries to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
  • No international shipments.
  • We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
  • Orders placed before 2pm (EST) will be shipped out the same day (see next item for further details).
  • FedEx Two Day Delivery and FedEx Ground orders are only shipped out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (excluding holidays).  FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx Standard Overnight orders are only shipped out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (excluding holidays).  This is to reduce the possibility of the shipment spending the weekend in a potentially hot FedEx warehouse.
  • Saturday delivery is available for most locations at an additional charge. Please call 678-321-6788 to arrange for Saturday delivery.
  • Please confirm that your shipping address is correct (including suite number or apartment number if applicable).  Chocolates Para Ti cannot be responsible for undeliverable, misdirected or returned shipments due to an incorrect shipping address.  Additional costs resulting from such errors will be charged to the customer.
  • Chocolates Para Ti cannot be responsible for packages damaged or stolen after delivery.
  • The normal FedEx shipment does not require a signature for delivery.  Therefore, FedEx can leave the shipment at the shipping address if no one is home.  If you wish, you can request that FedEx require a signature (at an extra cost of $2) before delivering your package.  In this case, FedEx will attempt to deliver the shipment three times.  Chocolates Para Ti will not be responsible for damage to the chocolates after the first delivery attempt.  Additionally, if the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and FedEx returns the shipment to us, Chocolates Para Ti will not refund the purchase price or shipping fees.
  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within five days of receipt to arrange for a replacement, exchange or refund.
